Return Policy

This return and refund policy shall be applicable to the products of Oversart,you purchased on the online platform.Please read and understand this Return and Refund Policy before purchase the products and when you make any return and refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. 


1.Items available for return

*Due to all our products are made-to-order so we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

  • If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time(will given by email). You can request a Refund or Return.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a return or a reshipment.

The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All related accessories, including any package insert, the bags and package box etc., must be included with your return.

No used items can be returned.

Returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will be returned to the you at your cost.


2.We do not accept

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • The product color are not suitable (the product images and information on the website are for reference only, please refer to the actual product. Due to the shooting lights and the color difference of different displays, there may be a certain color difference between the product image and the actual product, which is not a quality problem)
  • The package could not be delivered in time due to external factors such as logistics



We strive to provide you with the best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is flawed,the print quality is poor,the product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at with details,We will reply as soon as possible with your inquiry, requirement, or complaints.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.We will pay for the return fees.

Arrange your return package with your local post office and we will process your refunds/exchange as soon as we received the return.

IMPORTANT: Email your full name, tracking number, order number (very important) to our email address. Returns cannot be processed without this information.


4.Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will refund the actual payment within 4 business days after your approval.


5.Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


6.Return Time

you can send items back within 15 days since you reciecved(If your return request is approved).During holidays(Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas),we will delay the processing of returns.The return window will extend to 17 days.


7.Modify Order

Your order is only eligible to be modified within 3 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified
